What the V3 Leadership Experience is all about!

I want to take you back to 2023, when I feel a pull to create an in-person, leadership retreat for women. After experiencing the power of small retreat spaces myself, I know how transformative it can be to escape from the day-to-day grind and drop into something deeper. These spaces invite clarity, connection, and growth, and I want to share that magic with other women.
I love the work I do with teams and coaching clients, as I am a guest and guide on their developmental journeys. And something even deeper happens when women gather in person to learn, reflect, and expand in a non-judgmental and supportive group setting, surrounded by Nature's beauty.
So, I follow my calling and create the V3 Leadership Experience for women ready to step more boldly and clearly into their Voice, Vision, and Visibility with presence, authenticity, and confidence.✨
In April 2024, a group of six powerhouse women comes together at The Villa on the coast of Rhode Island. We share stories, meals, space, learnings, connection, sunrise, laughter, and wisdom along with a common desire to leave with greater clarity, choice, and connection to ourselves and our unique paths in business and life. Through the arc of the experience, we grow together in ways we couldn’t have imagined in advance.
Today, one of the most memorable moments was our closing workshop, led by guest creative Perri Runion. She invited us into a powerful reflection. No spoiler alerts here! I’ll simply say there was a collective grounding and the safe space we had built that allowed for each woman to connect with what was real and personal for her.
