Relationally effective leaders lead with consistency and dependability from a grounded place of maturity, authenticity, and connection. This involves leading with both Structure & Kindness, balancing Tasks & Relationships, and developing Emotional and Relational Intelligence on the level required for authentic, inspiring, confident, courageous, and powerful leadership and teaming. True emotional and relational awareness grows from getting out of your head, connecting with your whole being (physically, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually), returning to the core of who you are and who you are becoming, and aligning your thinking, feeling, and acting with your instincts and intuition as well as your intellect.
