Relational Leadership is leading so others want to follow—not because they have to, but because they trust you. Relationally effective leaders lead with consistency and dependability from a grounded place of maturity, authenticity, and connection. This involves leading with both structure and kindness, developing emotional and relational intelligence, and balancing tasks and relationships. This also requires true presence and attunement to the wisdom of your whole being: emotions, sensations, energy, instincts, and intuition as well as your intellect.
