Join Gestalt Equine Therapist Duey Freeman and Executive Team Coach Michelle Claffey for an Experiential Equine Workshop on Relational Leadership, Team & Family Dynamics.
At Duey’s ranch on Lookout Mountain in Golden, Colorado, you will learn critical skills for improving relational connections and leadership in your business, team, and family by connecting with yourself, each other, and horses.
** This is a boots-on-the-ground group experience. You will not be riding horses and do not need any prior knowledge or skills or even boots. Sneakers work!

This workshop offers an embodied experience to expand your relational capacity and leadership by connecting with yourself, each other, and horses. Our presence-based approach is transformational and this year we will focus on CONTACT, the basic building block of Connection, Relationships, and Trust.
Duey's definition of CONTACT: a brief moment in time when your energetic, emotional, physical, or spiritual boundaries meet another's with presence and attunement.
The experience blends coaching and therapeutic approaches in the safe space co-created by the group. Your expert therapist and coach facilitators work with and guide the group through what emerges. Therefore, the experience is unique for each group and for each participant, as we all have unique histories and developmental journeys. The depth of the experience will vary based on group dynamics, participants, horses, and what occurs within Nature around us. We welcome all and invite curiosity as we share and create an embodied relational experience together.
Individuals and teams that do this relational work together, learn, heal, and grow together, and leave transformed with greater trust, connection, and compassion.
